Lady Strut Gowns – Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Lady Strut Gowns, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Product Availability & Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the correct order price.

You will receive an acknowledgment email upon placing your order; however, this does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when you receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Only the items listed in your dispatch confirmation email will be included in the final contract.

2. Final Sale Items

Lady Strut Gowns carefully inspects all products prior to pick-up or shipment.

Because of the nature of our merchandise:

  • Evening gowns, custom gowns, and heels are FINAL SALE.
  • Accessories may be exchanged or returned only if defective, and must be reported within 7 business days of delivery or pickup.
    No exceptions.

This policy aligns with the fitting and custom-order guidelines provided to clients during their boutique consultation.

3. Custom Gown Orders

Custom gowns are created specifically for each customer. Therefore:

  • Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in cases of verified damage or a documented delivery error.
  • If a delivery issue occurs, customers will receive the gown upon arrival.
  • A 20% refund may be offered at the owner’s discretion in cases of significant delivery complications, but full refunds will not be granted due to boutique production and procurement costs.
  • Customers ordering custom gowns for special events must place their order at least 14 days before their event date.

If a customer reschedules their consultation to a date closer to the event, they assume full responsibility for any delays affecting the delivery timeline.

As a courtesy, Lady Strut Gowns may offer a substitute gown while the customer’s custom gown is in transit.

4. Inspection Before Release

All gowns are examined before leaving the boutique. Customers are encouraged to inspect their items during pickup or immediately upon delivery.

Once the product has been released and accepted in good condition, Lady Strut Gowns is no longer responsible for damage caused thereafter.

5. Dispatch & Delivery Times

Dispatch times may vary based on product availability and external delays such as postal issues or events outside our control (e.g., severe weather).

Typical shipping times:

  • Standard shipments: 2–3 business days
  • Extended processing: Up to 5–7 business days, depending on delivery location

Lady Strut Gowns is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force-of-nature events.

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be clearly displayed and included in the Total Cost.

6. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order with Lady Strut Gowns, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid debit or credit card issued by an acceptable financial institution
  • Confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete

Lady Strut retains the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

If a third-party vendor provides a product, the contract for that item is between you and the third party. LadyStrut.com is not acting as agent or principal in those cases, and their terms of sale apply.

7. Pricing & Errors

Lady Strut Gowns strives to ensure all pricing, descriptions, and product details are accurate. In the event of an error:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.
  • You may choose to reconfirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it.
  • If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled.
  • If canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Prices for international or third-party products may fluctuate based on currency or supplier changes.

8. Payment Terms

A standard authorization check is performed upon placing an order to ensure sufficient funds.

Your card will be debited once authorization is confirmed.

Funds collected are treated as a deposit until your items are dispatched. Upon shipment and email confirmation, this deposit becomes the final payment for the items listed in the dispatch email.
